01Why an ecosystem
Work in ecommerce, backend systems, automation, and AI doesn't fit into a flat list of projects. The site is organized as connected sections — work, engineering, commerce, AI & automation, experiments, tools, writing — because that's how the work actually relates.
02How it's built
- //Next.js App Router with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS 4, and restrained Framer Motion
- //Content as structured data + MDX — no CMS to maintain, diffs are reviewable
- //A token-based design system: hairline borders, mono metadata, condensed display type
- //Built into a standalone output, shipped as its own Docker container on a shared server
